Garden City's disciplined defense allowed Niskayuna only nine shots on goalie Alex Castronovo, and junior middie Tom Gordon scored twice in 47 seconds to build a 4-2 lead for the winners.
Unbeaten Jamesville-DeWitt rallied from a 3-0 deficit to defeat Irondequoit 9-5 at Cicero-North Syracuse in the other semifinal.
